Enjoy the fresh air and sunshine as you walk into the park from your doorstep! Beautiful new cabin on the boundary of Zion National Park gives you the ability to access the East Rim Trail, Observation Point (5 minute drive or 2 mile walk to trailhead), & connecting trails such as Cable Mountain, by foot. Five minute walk to Zion trails; 15 minute drive to the Zion Park East Entrance.

Open floor plan with two bedrooms, loft, & 2 1/2 baths; fully equipped kitchen (bring your own food ;-). Queen bed in master suite, queen bed in downstairs bedroom, two twin beds, one bunk bed, and twin futon in loft; sleeps nine. Washer/dryer, gas fireplace, high speed internet access, blu-ray disc collection with two blu-ray players; 5.1 home theater system & two flatscreen TVs. Sitting areas in great room and upstairs loft. Wrap-around, 600 sq. ft. covered deck overlooks the sunset. Gas grill, gas firepit, & outdoor seating allow you to relax & watch the stars come out with dinner & a glass of wine.

Located adjacent to the Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort (named Top Six Adventure Resort in the nation) with access to amenities such as two-tiered swimming pool with water slides & hot tubs (access provided by ranch; resort fee applies), mini golf, ATV tours, jeep tours, bungee trampoline, paintball, mini-golf, horseback riding, rock-climbing wall, basketball court, tennis court, & guided tours; all an easy five minute drive from your front door! Whether you’re into hardcore adventuring, or in the mood to kick back & unwind in the midst of spectacular scenery, this cabin provides you with all the comforts of home in the perfect location!

SPECIAL NOTE: our gravel road is not plowed. During the off season (mid November - mid March) it can be difficult or impossible to navigate depending on snowfall, even with 4WD and a high clearance vehicle. Also, as the snow melts it creates very slippery mud. It is important to be aware of weather conditions when making plans for this time of year! Because weather conditions are sometimes unpredictable, we DO allow cancellations/refunds up to the day of your trip DURING OFF SEASON ONLY, when due to weather conditions.

Absolutely Perfect for a Peaceful Family Vacation!

This vacation home is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with no shortage of outdoor activities! We spent a day exploring Zion National park and another day hiking the amazing trails close by. We were given so much wonderful information from our hosts and it was amazing! I cannot say enough about this wonderful home and the owners!

Just a few small things

Cabin was just as described. Very clean.I would only cite a few things.There was not a box of tissues in the entire house.There is not a comfy couch for everyone to watch DVDS or TV.The road is dirt and when it rains it is so muddy.Definitely, we could not have made it in and out without 4 wheel drive.

Wonderful stay!

We had the best time staying at Tim's property! Loved the seclusion and the beauty! Spending our evenings on the porch was so nice and when it's clear out, the stars are amazing! The house was super clean and has every amenity you can think of. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again!

Beautiful house on the East side of Zion

Our family truly enjoyed this beautiful home! It was clean, very well maintained and well stocked. Tim & Jenn are great hosts, easy to communicate with and thoughtful. The house is a little bit of drive to get into the main portion of Zion so plan accordingly(!) but the house setting is quiet and very peaceful.

Great property with close access to Zion & Bryce

Everything we needed for our stay. The owners were quick to answer questions and made check-in and check-out very easy. The house was very clean and you can walk to some trails in Zion from the house. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and Peaceful Retreat

Our family of four had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful cabin. The cabin is a short drive to Zion's Observation Point trail, which is a 7 mile hike to some of the most breathtaking views overlooking the canyon. It's a 45 minute drive to the visitor center and the views driving there are just as amazing. Throughout the entire process Tim and Jenn were gracious hosts. You cannot go wrong booking this!

Incredible Property

My friends and I had an incredible cabin experience just feet from Zion National Park!!! The cabin was fully stocked with essentials and it was obvious that the owners took very good care of the property. I'd like to add that the owners are very knowledgeable of the area and updated us on much needed Zion Park information. would definitely stay here again!!!

A week at Zion and Bryce Canyon

Had a great stay, using this as our home base for the week. The house is very well appointed and clean. It’s in a remote location, so the stocked dishes, cookware, spices, coffee, ziplock bags, etc were really appreciated given it’s about 45 min to the nearest grocery. The house itself was very nice. While not the closest location if your goal is daily parking at the visitor’s center, it’s a beautiful drive through the east entrance, which never got old for us. Super quiet at the house, just mind the weather depending on when you go, as a sedan or minivan might not cut it in some conditions. In our case, we drove a minivan in the spring and it was completely fine. Watch out for deer on the drive in/out! They’re everywhere! Great communication with the host, everything was very easy and no hiccups whatsoever. Would stay again!

Family getaway Zion National Park

Jenn & Tim were awesome to work with. There home is in the prefect location to explore Zion, yet stay in a private retreat away from the hustle and bustle. They were able to quickly answer any questions that came up before or during our stay. We've stayed in multiple VRBO's and this one by far was the best experience all around! If you're thinking about exploring Zion with your family, you must stay Here!

Beautiful luxurious and quiet place

Wonderful house, in perfect condition - see pictures. Very quiet area, but still close to Zion with hiking options starting right from the front door. The hosts are great and they do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, I would say. Full 5 stars.

Perfect!

We loved this cabin on the east edge of Zion! Tim and Jenn were fantastic hosts- super responsive, helpful, willing to give us personal help, and thought of all the little details to make staying at their cabin so easy and wonderful. The house was just right for our family of 8. The loft was perfect for my kids- probably the only loft in a vacation house that actually had a door, so Littles could go to bed while older kids stayed up downstairs. The only drawback we had was the unpaved road, and of course that’s no fault of the hosts or the cabin. It rained on our last night, and it was a nerve wracking mud ride on the way out! Definitely recommend having 4WD!! There is a trailhead 1/4 of a mile from the cabin- we literally hiked into Zion from the house one day. About a 45 min drive to Springdale/south entrance, but it’s a beautiful drive through the park from the east entrance, so it’s not like you’re not experiencing Zion on your way there. If we ever make it back to Zion (and I would love to!) we will *definitely* be staying here again!

Amazing family secluded cabin!

If you are looking for a secluded family getaway cabin this is the place for you! The cabin is tucked away in the wilderness, but yet close enough to Zion National Park. The home was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The owners were great with communications before and during our stay. The cabin has every amenity that you can imagine. We will definitely rent this cabin again when we return to Zion!
