Spend your days on the private dock, which accommodates boats up to 24 feet. After a day on the water, relax on the spacious wrap-around deck, built in 2023, and enjoy the breathtaking southern views of Lake Winnipesaukee. Please note that the property includes a mooring where the owner keeps their boat during rental periods, and it is not available for guest use.

Inside, the living room features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and access to the deck through a sliding glass door. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, so you can easily prepare meals to enjoy at the dining table that seats eight. For outdoor cooking, a gas grill is also provided.

At bedtime, retreat to one of the four cozy bedrooms. The main level offers a queen bedroom with a shared bathroom featuring a shower. On the lower level, there’s a king bedroom, another king bedroom, and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks, all sharing a bathroom with a jetted tub.

This home also includes Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer. While you’ll find plenty of amenities for your stay, please note that pets are not allowed.
