Fabulous location, steps away from the beach, lots of streaming options on the smart TV, hot water in the shower, coffee maker, two balconies! We would love to stay again on our next trip.

Gorgeous area with 7 waterfalls less than 10 minutes away and you get to come home to the lake that was the perfect temperature our entire stay. Our best vacation to New Hampshire yet would love to return!

The studio met all of our needs and then some. It is spacious and comfortable.Literally steps to the lake and a private beach.We enjoyed each day with plenty of things to do. and didn't have to drive all over the lake's region. We had dinner at a couple of good restaurants. The Bob House is very good. I highly recommend staying here

My partner and I were in town for a wedding so we didn't get to spend much time at the property. However, it was so beautiful and clean we already talked about booking it again. Located on a quiet street with easy access to the lake. The kitchen was exactly what you need for a weekend rental. Homey touches made us feel like we were staying with a friend. Great cozy getaway

We had an excellent weekend away here. The location is so close to castle in the clouds which is such a stunning view. You’re just a few steps away from the lake. Would definitely come back.

The lake was nice and close. Wanted to grill but the propane tank was empty. Political battle between this property and the neighbors. I would have rather stayed at the neighbors place.

Very nice place with awesome location. Owner Shelly pleasant and accommodating. The only thing I could suggest would be an earlier check in time than 4pm.

Great getaway on the Lake

We loved your cozy studio. We came up to see the Dave Matthew’s concert at BNH pavilion in Gilford (only a 30 min drive). It was so comfortable, we loved being able to walk to the beach and we really enjoyed sitting on the porch having dinner and breakfast. The weather was perfect. We spent a day in North Conway shopping at the outlets (only about 40 mins away). We got ice cream close to the house at Ice Out Scoops. It was yummy! Thanks for having us. You’re great hosts!!

Enjoyed the quiet and peaceful time near the lake . The place is perfect for that destress ing time needed, sitting on the deck or relaxing on the beech only feet from the place it can not be beat. Plan on comming back many more times.

Fantastic Fall Get-Away Gem!

This studio was far better than expected! We were welcomed by a very thoughtful personalized greeting note accompanied by a complimentary bottle of wine. Mark & Shelly's added cozy furnishings and the cleanliness throughout offers home-like comforts. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a romantic, quiet get-away just down the street from a beautiful waterfront lake & park.

Perfect Romantic Getaway!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Romantic Cottage in Moultonborough, ME. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The studio was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area, providing the perfect atmosphere for a romantic getaway. The surrounding nature was stunning, making our stay even more memorable. Perfect lake life get away

We stayed for 3 nights. The studio apartment was perfect for a couple. It’s feet from a nice, little beach with a boat ramp and swimming. The owners were so inviting and warm - we enjoyed getting to know them and the neighbors. The location is quiet and much less populated than other areas on the lake but after a day on the water we weren’t looking for bars and parties. Definitely recommend this listing if you want a quiet getaway.

I booked this room to stay overnight after a concert. You had to book for 2 nights, I guess that's what everyone is doing now. The room was really nice and comfortable. We did not have any communication with the property manager. The water was beautiful, and the restaurants around we very good.
