Welcome to sweet, simple, serenity! This charming cottage is located on Lake Winnipesaukee in Moultonborough. Bring your family to this three-bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom home to enjoy a relaxing vacation on the lake. The property sits right on the water with a dock accommodating a 20' boat. The natural shoreline leads to a shallow, sandy bottom beach. Wade into the water and take in the scenery of the surrounding mountains! Inside the home, you'll find a full kitchen. Cook a meal and eat together in the lovely dining area with breathtaking views. Just off the dining area is the living room; Additionally, the main floor contains the main bedroom and a bedroom off the porch. Just upstairs are more beds, the perfect sleeping quarters for children! This home also boasts a large beautiful porch, providing you the perfect spot to enjoy the view of the lake activities and the mountains and watch the sunset. Additional amenities for guest use include a picnic table, two kayaks, a rowboat, and a canoe. Make memories in this quaint, charming cottage!

Nostalgic Gem

We absolutely loved this home! It is becoming more difficult to find the last of the remaining “camp” style homes on the lake and I am so happy to have found this one. It is like we stepped back into time when life was simpler. The location was perfect - quiet cove with a nature preserve to the left and a girl’s summer camp to the right. (We loved hearing the camp trumpet call) All the amenities we needed- stocked kitchen, plenty of games and puzzles, kayaks and canoes. Thank you for providing such a nostalgic home for our summer vacation. We hope to return next summer.

Excellent stay in Moutonborough

Our family had a wonderful week on Lake Winnipesaukee staying at this rustic camp in Moultonborough. The view of the mountains was stunning and the sunsets were memorable. We would definitely stay at this house again.
