"This hotel is very nice, huge, and extremely aesthetically pleasing. The rooms themselves are beautiful and well designed, making for a great first impression once you arrive. That said, the arrival and check-in process was frustrating. First, we had difficulty finding the hotel because it had moved locations, and the GPS directed us to the old address. This made the arrival stressful. Once we finally got there, check-in took quite a long time—we waited about 30 minutes before everything was completed. When we got to the room, it was lovely, but unfortunately one of the beds was broken. The staff offered to move us to another room, but the alternative bedroom was too small for our group. We asked instead for a replacement bed to be brought to the room. This process took far longer than expected. Despite calling the front desk multiple times and being told someone was on the way, no one arrived. I eventually had to go downstairs myself to follow up. In total, we waited about an hour for the bed to be brought up. Since this happened late at night, it was especially frustrating, as we were exhausted and ready to sleep but couldn’t until the issue was resolved. On a more positive note, the restaurant was excellent. The restaurant staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and the food was so good that we ended up eating there twice.
