"Maurizio’s apartment was spacious and well provisioned. We arrived to find water, coffee, and milk, chocolates, and nuts. There were also basic cooking provisions like oil if one wanted to cook. The check-in process was very easy. Maurizio greeted us at the apartment, showed us around and handed over the keys. He was very warm, friendly, helpful and eager to make our stay enjoyable. "This is a unique property, but it isn’t for everyone. The location is central to many sites and restaurants, but the neighborhood is just okay. It is very noisy, especially at night. The bedroom of the apartment is a loft and the stairs are a cross between stairs and a ladder. Could be difficult for some people. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."
