"This is a very authentic Japanese hotel and appeared to be mostly Japanese tourists. The dinner buffet had very loud live performance and the audience was definitely into it. There's an onsen at this hotel and a pool. The pool closes early and opens late so heads up. We didn't really pay attention to where the hotel was. It's about a 45 minute train from the Nara Park, we may have booked a closer place if we'd known, but for the experience of staying at this hotel it was pretty much worth...
"Excellent service from the staff: attentive, kind, respectful and proactive to my needs. Breakfast and dinner get better the longer you stay. It’s a value ryokan fit for relaxation in the mountains "
"We enjoyed the ryokan very much for the authenticity of old Japan. The dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Wearing the yutaka at the property was such a thrill for us. The staff were so friendly, kind and attentive.
Thank you for your hospitality. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Such a contrast from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and Osaka central. And the view from the 5th floor! Breathtaking.
Very convenient to be shuttled from the train station. Thank you again. "
"Excellent place to stay! Great views and a true traditional Japanese Ryokan. The garden is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. The building is quite old and full of history which adds to the charm. Would stay again. "

"My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The late-night spa was incredibly relaxing and a highlight of my visit. The room was very clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which was delicious and offered a great variety. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."
"Excellent crew members. There is power in diversity and I think they have selected the right crew members to help with that. Absolutely a great location for people new to Japan for beginners. Definitely was my temporary home away from home. "
"Location near the famous Dotonbori street and many convenience stores. Breakfast buffet included was decent but honestly unnecessary with all the available options in the neighborhood. Very clean hotel, great free toiletries offered, umbrellas available for rent and vending machines are onsite for drinks + ice cream. Exchange machine available at the hotel but not the best rates you can find. Overall a wonderful option for an incredible Osaka visit. "
