"We had a power outage and decided to stay the night at a hotel. The first place I booked was full of roaches, so we were desperate to find something else. Best Western was spotlessly clean, the staff made check in super easy. Would definitely recommend this place."

"It was a good hotel. We had to book at the last minute because the place we were staying lost power and water. The desk clerk was kind when I showed up at quarter 'til midnight, and got me checked in quickly. The breakfast was SUPER chaotic, so we opted to just skip it. I was also refused a receipt when I checked out, because I booked through a third-party, which was weird, and not something I've run into before. It was a nice, clean room though."

"Happy overall. Don't let other bad reviews scare you away. Very nice place actually, for the price. The room we got was great! Had a few flaws, yes. Any issue we had, the staff went above and beyond to help us out, they were very sweet. They do need to step up their maintenance issues, but overall, I'd def go back."

"Nice, clean hotel. Had a couple of issues, but they were resolved quickly. Breakfast was good. Diane was especially kind at the breakfast. She kept everything full. We loved that it was in quieter neighborhood."

"The only thing I really didn't like was the coffee situation. Coffee makers have been removed from the rooms. There is 24 hour coffee in the lobby, however, it's a grind the bean/fresh coffee machine vs. urns so guests had to stand in line for too long to get a cup of coffee. I also don't want to have to march to the lobby first thing in the morning to get a cup of coffee. Other than that the place was fine."

"No complaints, overall the property seemed to be in decent shape, but our room had some slight damage to the wall near the heating/cooling unit (otherwise the room was clean). The staff was friendly upon check-in and the beds were comfortable. I was looking for a budget minded option near Kings Island and this Red Roof worked out fine."
