Can only speak on behalf of room 202, but we were disappointed. It didn’t match the photos, didn’t have a hammock, the stove was unclean from the previous guest, and the bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. Good aspects were the tranquil view and location.

Overall, my stay at Churaumi Terrace was excellent. The facility was cozy and had everything you need. The area is tranquil and the view was amazing. A convenient store is close by that is open 24 hrs, which is good as well. However, you will need some sort of transportation to get to most places. Nothing is really walking distance away.

The photo collection of this hotel are seriously misleading on the booking site. The photos appear to show a clean, bright and airy apartment when in fact the chair cushions are stained, there is only one seat in the place, and the grass on the first floor apartment deck is overgrown. There is no reason to sit outside with all of the vegetation and dirty outdoor furniture. Plus, the building sits directly next to two large tombs. That personally is not my first choice when staying in a hotel. We ended up staying some place else the first night but returned the next day as we needed to be close to Expo park. The positives are: It's directly across the street from a well-lit large hotel with a food court and Starbucks; within 3 minutes to Expo park by car; 1 minute from a Family Mart; strong water pressure in the shower. For the other reasons listed above, I will not be staying here again. If you're on a budget and need to be close to Expo, you can probably push through and stay here. Oh, and bring your own toilet paper. What's offered is pretty low budget and rough.

Room odor

There was a very strong odor stepping into the room. Smells like animal/dogs so I thought this was a pet friendly room, but it wasn’t. The hotel deodorant our room immediately the next day but the scent remained. Other than the odors, the location and overall property was fine. But it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

ありがとうございます。 とても快適に過ごさせてもらいました。 ごみの分別も分かりやすく キッチンも清潔でした。 ちょっと洗面台の排水がスムーズではなかったのと、お風呂場に洗面器が欲しかったです。 なので、100均で勝手に買って　 使っていました。 置いて帰ってきて申し訳ありませんでした。 でも、立地もいいし また利用させてもらいたいと思います。 ありませんでした。

一開始都好，但進入房間的鑰匙盒密碼怎樣都錯誤，聯絡方式只有電話及mail，信件回覆沒那麼即時，剛好又是無法撥打電話的sim卡，只好換回台灣sim卡撥打國際電話聯繫～ 但對方英文也不太流利，最後還是用信件的方式溝通，還好有拿到備用鑰匙終於可以進房，來回大約花費15分鐘終於搞定。 但對面就是海景星巴克，也有很紅的豬肉蛋飯糰跟gelato店，步行五分鐘有全家，開車10分鐘可以到big超市，開車三的五分鐘就是水族館，早上拉開窗簾就是海景，還是值得推薦

美ら海、本部、名護を中心に観光するなら立地はよい。歩いてすぐにコンビニがあるが、スーパーは本部に車で行く必要がある。 清掃もよくできていて、対応が早い。 4階×３室の12部屋。エレベーターもある。 ベランダからは水納島が見えて良い景色。 気になった点は、椅子の引きずる音が響くのと洗濯機と乾燥機が少し汚いぐらい。

2泊したのですが、1泊目は上の人がとてもうるさくAM2時ぐらいにガラガラという大きな音や大声で騒ぐ等、２泊目をキャンセルするか迷うレベルで酷かったです。 また、キッチンはついていますが、まな板や大きな鍋等はなく、包丁の切れ味も最悪でした。近くにスーパーなどもないため、しっかりとした料理はできないと思った方がいいです。

6泊しました。チェックインはメールの指示通りで簡単でした。部屋の大きさも2人にはちょうどよいくらいで、目の前は海が見え、リラックスできました。特にベランダのハンモックは気持ちがよく、海を眺めながらゆらゆらしてました。欲を言えば、トイレが狭い。また、お湯は困ることなく出るのですが、温度が一定ではなく突然冷たい水になったり、熱いお湯になったりしました。慣れると加減が分かり、そんなに問題ではなかったですが。洗濯機と乾燥機も問題なく使えました。またキッチンも道具が揃っていて食事も朝晩作っていました。
