"Booked a king suite and they put us in a filthy queen double room. Wallpaper falling off the walls, poop stains on walls, tub bottom cracked and very bad gorilla tape over Crack, bathroom light fixtures broken and missing parts...."

"Staff? What staff ? There is no staff. When I couldn’t get in the front door, no one answered the ring doorbell. Another guest let me in and helped me figure out the “easy” self checkin. My door wouldn’t open without being hit hard by a shoulder, the same applied with closing. The curtains were falling ..."
