Idealy located in Douchka residence, only 100m from undeground parking and close to the shops and restaurants. Le Douchka will please any Avoriaz lover. Enjoy Portes du Soleil ski area directly and easily from/to the residence.
This apartment has just been fully renovated and will seduce you with it's cosy decoration. Ideal south facing balcony, views over Hauts-Forts and very bright living space.

6th floor of a residence equiped with elevators :
- Entrance hall with a night space (bunk beds) and storage cupboard
- Living space with fully equiped kitchen
- Large dining table
- Sofa bed for 2 guests in the living room
- The window will guide you to the sunny balcony
- Ski-locker on entrance level

Apartment can welcome up to 4 guests.

No pets allowed / No smoking / No skis-bikes in the apartment please !

We are available at any time if needed.

Falaise neighborhood is very close to the underground carparks. Very convenient when you arrive in Avoriaz. You can easily access slopes from the apartment ! Shops, restaurants and supermarket at the bottom of the residence.

Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort only. Once parked in the garage you can walk directly to the apartement.

Feel free to ask if you have any question ! Cleaning, beds linen and towels are included.
