"Hervorragende Lage des Hotels für Besuche in Basel. Zimmer sauber, aber bei einem ausgewiesenen 3-Bett Zimmer erwarte ich, dass auch 3 vollwertige Betten vorhanden sind und nicht nur eine schmale Liege als 3. Bett. Großzügiger Parkplatz. Wir waren vor einem Jahr ebenfalls in diesem Hotel, damals war 1 Fahrstuhl in Betrieb, 2 Fahrstühle waren außer Betrieb. An diesem Zustand hat sich nichts geändert. Nicht nachvollziehbar, dass die Fa. Haushahn es innerhalb eines Jahres nicht schaffen soll, das Problem zu lösen. 1 Fahrstuhl für ein 10-stöckiges Hotel ist schon taff. Das Frühstück für 19 € ist wirklich 08-15. Die Stühle im Frühstücksraum sind durchgesessen und bedürfen einer Erneuerung. Kein wahrnehmbarer Service im Frühstücksraum, d.h. kein Personal, das mal benutztes Geschirr abräumt etc. Wir werden vermutlich trotzdem wieder kommen, einfach weil die Lage für unsere Unternehmungen optimal ist."
