"The hotel itself was nice, but a major inconvenience was the lack of an elevator in the Courtyard area. We were traveling with children and carrying luggage up and down the stairs was very difficult. If you are staying with kids, strollers, or have mobility concerns, this is something to be aware of before booking. An elevator would greatly improve the guest experience"
"Rooms are a little tired, bathroom okay clean. Originally I book a floor level room and it was more like a motel. I upgraded to a room with a balcony, much better. Restaurant and happy hour are amazing."
