Beach cottages, majestic Morro Bay

The health and safety of our guests come first. Our cleaning staff will sanitize the entire beach house including frequently used surfaces such as door knobs, light switches, countertops, handles, toilets, faucets, etc. We will also provide guests with hand sanitizer and/or alcohol (based on availability). The beach house may have a slight smell of bleach on arrival. We hope this information provides you with peace of mind. Enjoy your stay in lovely, breezy Morro Bay!!
Beach house info: 2 Bedroom, 1-1/2 baths, near the beach and Morro Strand in in the beautiful town of Morro Bay Ca. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants and a local grocery store for your convenience. A two car garage is also available. Morro Bay has many activities to offer: wine tasting, kayaking, paddle boarding, whale watching, surfing, museums, brunch and dinner cruising, golf, tennis, hiking and more. It is the perfect coastal get away and a short drive to the surrounding coastal towns of Pismo, Cayucos and Avila Beach. To make your stay more enjoyable we offer boogie boards, beach cruiser bicycles, and Adirondack chairs for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine from our local wineries. After a busy day at the beach, come home to enjoy board games or Netflix, movies, etc.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed. There is an adjoining half bathroom with sink & toilet. The second bedroom offers a comfy queen bed; both bedrooms are tastefully decorated.

We had a wonderful time at this clean, cozy home in Morro Bay. The property was well equipped, comfortable and welcoming. Communication with the owner was excellent and they were very responsive to questions. The location has easy access to town but is located on a quiet street away from the bustle. Easy walking distance to a great market, taco place and tap house.

Perfect Short Weekend Stay

This cottage was perfect for our week in Morro Bay. Nice neighborhood. It had what we need to make meals if we wanted. Close to beach , restaurants and a Market. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

Such a lovely and charming home! Very well maintained, clean, and cozy. My husband and I, plus our two teens, spent Thanksgiving weekend here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood with convenient market and restaurants nearby. Well-appointed kitchen, very clean throughout, comfy living room and beds. Lots of game, and we particularly enjoyed the bikes! If it had been warmer, we would have enjoyed the boogie boards, too. Host was warm and responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Central Coast CA trip

We enjoyed our trip to Morro Bay, the cottage was located approximately 15 min from San Luis Obispo, 30-40 min from Hearst castle and elephant seal rookeries, and about the same from Paso Robles wineries. Don’t miss hiking in Montana de oro, the views were amazing!! The cottage was clean, well appointed in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Janell!

Wonderful home, needs new bed and pillows

Our stay here was great. Appreciated the beach toys in the garage and wish we had more time to use the grill. Home was clean including all dishes. Only change would be the pillows are flat as pancakes and the king bed mattress needs to be replaced.

Comfortable home base

We stayed here on a roadtrip down the coast. The house was clean and comfortable. It was well equipped with just about anything you would need. Great location, nice neighborhood, and easy check in process. The only thing I would mention is there was no bar or body soap in the shower. It was not an issue for me as I travel with my own but my friends did not so it came up for them. I would stay here again.

Pre anniversary getaway

In addition to a get away. I personally needed some closeness to the sea and the cooling and healing air. My health and well-being was indeed restored. We slept very well on the queen bed. I want one of these mattresses. We managed to do a few things we planned and just really used the time to relax, in the house or just at the beach. I would like to stay again. Only thing is I wish was if we could get the local channels on the television.

Quaint and clean.

The home is in a great location close to the waterfront and many restaurants. Spencer’s market is a great store with many easy ready to go options. We highly recommend The Taco Temple fusion Mexican dishes all delicious. If your stay is more than a few days be prepared to purchase extra paper products such as paper towels and TP. Spices are limited but all cooking options for pans are available. A nice Kuerig coffee pot is also available. Host was easy to work with and access was a breeze.

Wonderful property to explore Morro Bay and surrounding area

We had a lovely three nights in the property. The property is very nicely set out and had everything you could wish for. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and there is everything in the property that you could need for a stay. The 4 x body boards and 3 x wetsuits are a real nice touch and we used them down at Pismo - real fun. The house is in a great location for exploring the area and we visited Morro Bay, Hearst Castle (a must do), Moonstone Beach, Cayucos, Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo (nice shopping and restaurants), Montano De Oro beach and Pismo Beach (great for body boarding - and was sunny when every other beach was foggy). We were unfortunate with the fog sitting locally during our stay but Hearst Castle and Pismo were a good relief for this should others experience the same. All in all - a lovely and comfortable place to stay. We'd recommend it and would stay there again.

Great comfortable place

We had a great time here. The house was very comfortable and clean. And the location was great. We used the boogie boards which was nice since we had forgotten ours at home. Being able to park in the garage was a nice bonus! My one complaint was that I had thought the kitchen was fully stocked with what we’d need, but the only pots and pans available were nonstick and they all had scratches. I was so disappointed. Also, I know each guest is required to clean the dishes when they leave, but we had to rewash most of the dishes we used as they were put away greasy. Overall we enjoyed. We’d stay here again, but bring our own cookware next time.
