"Giant room, pleasant staff and pretty decent breakfast. Expedia has this as a 4-star hotel but I don’t agree. Sheets and towels could be much better, as well as providing extra pillows rather than just one per bed. Bathroom had a bit of a smell but it was good as well."

"The hotel is new, so all is in prefect condition, reception team speaks English, very friendly, so no problem to address any questions/concerns. Restaurant is great with high quality food and unique dish options. The only wish - it would be good to have dishes from the restaurant as part of room service, the menu for room service is different and not that impressive. "

"Havia deixado uma solicitação, não foi atendida. Na chegada, poucas informações, se quer um cadastro dos hóspedes foi feito. O estacionamento não é bem sinalizado. A banheira não estava limpa. Mas, o pior foi a experiência com o café da manhã, onde faltavam mais de 1h30 para terminar e já estavam faltando diversos itens, sendo que vários hóspedes chegaram após e constatarmos a falta de reposição. "

Our only complaint is that the elevators are quite slow when many guests are headed to breakfast, and there would sometimes be a 7 minute wait for an elevator. We would definitely stay here again! "
