The hotel is new, so all is in prefect condition, reception team speaks English, very friendly, so no problem to address any questions/concerns. Restaurant is great with high quality food and unique dish options. The only wish - it would be good to have dishes from the restaurant as part of room service, the menu for room service is different and not that impressive.

O hotel é lindo, elegante e muito bem decorado! O cuidado nos detalhes, bom gosto e organização são primorosos! Os quartos são aconchegantes, modernos, com tecnologia - Alexa atende aos comandos de luz, cortinas e som - alem da banheira no mezanino que é um plus! Alem disso, a equipe toda super atenciosa. Destaque especial para a Sabrina, do atendimento aos hóspedes, que fez o impossível para atender minhas solicitações para uma comemoração memorável de aniversário 🎁 uma profissional muito competente!! A equipe de atendimento no restaurante foi incrível tanto no jantar quanto no café. Todos de parabéns!! Não usamos a piscina nem as saunas, por conta do frio, mas nosso aniversário no Suryaa certamente foi inesquecível! O hotel tem uma bela vista para o campo de golfe e as residências do Alphaville Graciosa. Conta tb com tomada para carregar carros elétricos, o que foi super útil para nós. Restaurante atendimento, refeições no jantar poderiam ser melhores. Não tinha carta de vinho. Deram um caderno com os vinhos sem os preços, o atendente tinha quer no sistema pesquisar um a um e com muita demora. Lamentável para um restaurante renomado.

Uma das melhores experiências de hotel, com muito conforto e luxo. O quarto é extremamente confortável, com banheira, cheiroso com produtos da marca bvlgari (shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido), o quarto está sempre climatizado com a essência também da marca. Café da manhã maravilhoso e preparado por chef, a piscina é linda porém não usamos. Super recomendado.

Não dá para jantar com crianças pulando na piscina

Minha experiência foi ótima com relação ao quarto e a atenção da recepção, porém a academia do hotel estava em reforma, assim como o restaurante, em razão disso a única atividade disponível era a piscina e o único local para realizar as refeições eram as mesas ao redor da piscina. Então tivemos que jantar, para comemorar nosso aniversário de casamento, ao som de crianças pulando e gritando na piscina. O mesmo ocorreu no café da manhã, o que foi extremamente desagradável.

Fomos muito bem recepcionados pela Bruna. Quarto lindo e cheiroso. Amei os produtos da Bulgari. A banheira de imersão é perfeita e a experiência fica completa com os amenities colocados em uma bandeja de bambu. Adorei a vela de cereja. O chuveiro parece uma cascata maravilhoso! Com os produtos de chá verde (thé vert) da Bulgari, a experiência do banho fica melhor ainda. O café da manhã com certeza é o melhor que já experimentei, considerando o Brasil e outros lugares no mundo. Destaque para a atenção e profissionalismo da Rose no café da manhã.

O Hotel é lindo, tudo novinho, cheiroso, atendimento da recepção impecável.. serviço de quarto bom, no entanto não tive uma experiência boa no café da manhã. No dia do nosso check out saímos antes do horário de café da manhã mas fomos surpreendidos positivamente pelo carinho dos funcionários do restaurante e recepção com a antecipação desta refeição. Estadia maravilhosa. Mimo com pétit four no quarto. O restaurante está em processo de mudança e no momento está com uma proposta de alta gastronomia. O preço era acessível para o que oferecia, porém, talvez seria interessante uma opção mais popular no jantar para os desavisados. Ainda assim as comidas tanto do jantar quanto do café da manhã impressionavam tanto pelo sabor quanto pela apresentação. A equipe do restaurante, da recepção e camareiras foram todos atenciosos e solícitos.
