We were looking for a place to stay while we visited the Ark and Creation museum that could accommodate our family plus pups. This was the perfect place! So peaceful and relaxing to start our morning and end the day! Really enjoyed watching the farm animals across the way and we saw serval deers. Final road in a little rough but small inconvenience. I would recommend it as a good place to stay! Had just about everything you needed to prepare meals.

Convenient and relaxing stay
Jennifer's place was just as described. Our family (4 adults and 2 kids) were comfortable in the house. We had an issue with the shower when we arrived, but Jennifer was so responsive and came right away to help fix the problem. She is so friendly and we enjoyed chatting when we engaged about visiting the farm animals. We enjoyed the pool several times during our stay and it was fantastic! A baby donkey was born while we were there and my kids enjoyed watching it those first few days. The house was convenient to places we visited - Cincinnati Zoo, Creation Museum, and the Ark Encounter. It was quiet and relaxing after long days! We would definitely stay again if we visit the area again. Thanks so much!

Great little place!
The animals were so fun to hear them braying and making noise, but it wasn’t overbearing as someone who isn’t used to it. The pool was awesome, and our kids had fun playing with some other children who were staying at one of the other properties. Beautiful views, and a big, well mowed yard that the kids could play in. A very reasonable spot to land if you’re thinking about heading to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum (a bit closer to the Ark). Property owner had good communication when we were on sight.

Nice place but could use some TLC.
Pleasant place, quiet surroundings, clean inside. Some light maintenance is needed (overgrown weeds, loose curtain rods coming out of wall, wobbly tables, etc), but no issues that prevented us from staying.

It was a great location and the hospitality from the host was wonderful. The girls got to swim and play games. It was close to our destination. I would recommend it to anyone and I would stay there again if passing through.

Jennifer the property owner was fantastic to coordinate with for our stay. Property is located 20 minutes away from Ark & Creation Museum. Thoroughly enjoyed the farm tour and how she embraces quality animal care & an organically sustained property. Be sure to see her gift shop for handmade treasures. The property provides a gorgeous landscape to enjoy, in a quiet peaceful surrounding. Extras like toiletries and plenty of towels for convenience along with full kitchen for cooking. We would recommend this property with confidence and plan to stay here again on our next trip! Thank you Jennifer!!!

Much needed Family time!
We had everything, Our host truly thought of Every possible need. Any questions or concerns she was quick to follow-up. We love the quietness, if was fun waking up and walking out to see the animals. I truly wish wish we knew ahead of time, we had an option to purchase our meats and eggs from the farm, because we wouldn't have shopped ahead of time. It was fun and relaxing, the most important part of this trip. We will definitely plan to return.

We loved being able to bring our little papillon and all the outdoor space he had to play with our kids. We enjoyed seeing the farm animals, who were all very friendly but especially the dog, Walter who followed us and stayed playing with my children when we were home. The home was very clean inside, AC/heat worked well, and the owner has it well stocked in case you forget something. The negatives are the toilet tanks refill very slowly, but there are two bathrooms so just don't try to use the same one right away. Also, one of the beds has a broken box spring and is unusable at the moment. The owner is very responsive though, and I'm sure she will address it. Overall, this was a great resting spot for my family while we visited the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum!

Quiet and comfortable
We stayed in the middle of an attic blast. Throughout the entire stay the house was toasty warm. (For which I was extremely grateful having driven in a car with no heater with my elderly mother.) The stay was great; the host provided everything one could ask for in a home away from home. I truly appreciated that there was a handicapped bathroom with a walk in shower for my mother and that I could bring my dogs. I highly recommend staying here. Everyone was quite comfortable. And one of the quietest stays I’ve ever had.

We stayed here for a visit to the Ark Encounter. Even though this property is out in the country the owners directions made it easy to find. The beds were very comfortable and clean. There were plenty of towels available for use.

Country Bliss
My family loved our stay here. The house was clean and very private. The owners were right next door (a half mile walk down the driveway) and very friendly. We were welcomed to go to the farm and see all of the animals and to swim in the salt water pool. This property was right in the middle of all of the places that we wanted to visit. The Creation Museum was 20 minutes north and the Ark was 20 minutes south. I would stay there again for my next visit.

We wanted to stay in the Kentucky country area and this was perfect. The drive to get there was easy, great directions. The salt water pool was so fun for the kids and we loved seeing the animals. The house fit our needs for 8 people. The table only fit 4 people but we made it work. It was nice having a grill available to use. There was also a picnic table available. The TV satellite system was in and out which was a drawback (it was raining/thunderstorms during our stay).

We enjoyed our stay!! Great location to visit the Ark! It was great for our family to stay on this farm. We enjoyed the animals and the morning and evening walks to the farm! It was so quiet and peaceful! The kids loved being able to be outside enjoying the huge yard. The beds were very comfortable. It is a great place if you love being outside and enjoy nature. We plan on visiting again next year.

8 of us stayed here for a bachelor party and had more than enough room to hang out and play outdoor games with the large yard and lots of shade. Close proximity to Cincinnati. Very quiet, peaceful location that was easy to find. Property was clean and neat and overly accommodating with bathroom and kitchen necessities. Definitely recommend.

ARK adventure
We took our grandchildren to Kentucky to visit the ARK Encounter along with other places of interest, Morning view provided an opportunity away from the city life to enjoy time together with plenty of yard space to run. The grandchildren enjoyed the animals and time at the pool.

Beds were very comfortable, kitchen worked well for our needs. Only negative was the house smelled a little musty, and the sinks were slow to drain. Had a nice time, would recommend.
