"Eric met us at property to show us around and settle us in. Property was as described in the listing and we had most things we needed. The apartment is very spacious with all facilities needed. It was great to relax in the pool at the end of the day and the garden is pretty and well maintained. We would stay here again if we returned to Guadeloupe."

"This was a lovely house in a very nice area with lots of restaurants available. We loved the pool and the house had many sitting areas, which we enjoyed. Air conditioning in the bedrooms but that's it. Kitchen was well-equipped and we enjoyed the rum that François provided for us. The only downside was that we were expecting to have access to the pontoon but were told right away that it wasn't included, which was disappointing because it is advertised in the title (François, you should change...

"We enjoyed a very restful vacation at the Villa Ponm Kann 'L in Deshaies. The view was lovely. The house was very clean and well equipped. The covered deck was an added bonus as unfortunately we had rain almost everyday but we were able to be outside with out getting wet. Easy walk to the bakery. We felt very safe and quiet in the neighborhood. A car is required to get groceries and go to the beaches and other activities. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to return."
