"Enjoyed our stay very much. Beautifully maintained, private and relaxing. Would love to stay again. Points of concern, a fully stocked kitchen should have a chef’s knife, tongs, spatula and adult size cocktail glasses. Ice cube trays or ice would be appreciated. Opening and utilizing the safe needs to be addressed. Thanks for a wonderful vacation experience "

"A modern, well equipped and maintained villa overlooking the sea just outside the main area of Sainte Anne. The deck with a plunge pool is a focus of where you can spend your time. You need a car but with parking on site and beaches, restaurants and shops within easy reach the villa is well connected. Check in and check out went smoothly and the communication was easy. The kitchen has all you could need and the appliances are high spec. A number of the tourist sites in Basse terre are within...

"Eric met us at property to show us around and settle us in. Property was as described in the listing and we had most things we needed. The apartment is very spacious with all facilities needed. It was great to relax in the pool at the end of the day and the garden is pretty and well maintained. We would stay here again if we returned to Guadeloupe."

"This villa is absolutely gorgeous - even better than in the photos. Everything has been thought of and it is so comfortable and relaxing, our family had a wonderful time. Chantal met us and showed us round on arrival - she couldn’t have been more grateful. Communication great. Wonderful stay, thank you so much "

"Maison de vacances à St Anne idéalement placée pour visiter. Photos conformes de la maison. À noter une vue magnifique depuis la maison, la terrasse et le jardin tout pour se reposer. Nous avons profité de la piscine. Merci à Philippe pour les informations et Lynda pour son accueil chaleureux et les bons conseils pour les sorties mer, plages."

"We enjoyed our stay and especially the outdoor area. The pool and patio were the highlights. The pool was clean and large for a plunge pool. We enjoyed floating and reading in the sun. The patio was shaded and had excellent views over the Raisins Clairs beach. The beach is a less than 10 minute walk and a large Carrefour is a 3 minute drive away. We stayed as a couple, but this property has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double. Each bedroom has its own private sink and...

"The house is amazing… view us incredible, outdoor spaces lovely, pool area great, kitchen well stocked!Location perfect could walk to the lovely beach or quick drive Into deshaies"

"We had a great stay at Madame Gochaye's rental, very clean and modern, the pool is fantastic for young kids and the deck is great for relaxing. Definitely need a car as it's located a short drive out of Sainte-Francois. The hosts were very welcoming and it was lovely to be greeted with some local rum punch and snacks when we arrived. We were a family of four and it was perfect for us, the listing notes that it can accommodate six but I think it would be quite cramped with more than four. Only...

"Everything was excellent. The villa has great amenities and a world class view. It was perfect for our family."

"Excellent communication from hosts throughout our stay ! The home and view are even more beautiful than the photos ! We cannot wait to return !"

"We had very pleasant stay. The house and location are really good. The house is very well equipped for beach vacation - open shower, pool, veranda with view of the ocean. Working AC, even though one does not really need it - it is breezy up on the hill. Our kids loved the pool. Everything was functional and as advertised. Stoyan"

"This property was was just what we were looking for. Lots of space to relax and get together and still be able to have quiet time alone. The view is awesome, you can see a long way! Up on the hill so you get great breezes which is nice when it get hot - pool is a blessing at this time as well. The location was great for us, close to the amenities we needed and lots of great beaches. Highly recommend. would stay again no problem. - one caution - get a SIM card for your phone that allows voice...

"Propriété conforme en tout point aux photos. Porpiétaire accueillant et disponible même si nous avons très peu eu affaire avec lui. Il était sur place dans une proprété voisine. Gîte bien situé avec belle vue (les photos parlent par elle-même). Les distances courtes en KM sont longues en temps compte tenu des conditions routières. Pour cela, le sud de basse terre est plus difficilement accessible. À noter que si les trois chambres ont une douche, une seule a une toilette. À noter également le...

"The villa was clean and spacious. Pool and yard was cleaned often by gardener. Quiet away of the main roads."

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour!"

"wonderful property! Loved the pool and the outdoor space!!"
