"I stayed here with my siblings and my niece and nephew. We were attending the Chalk the Walk festival and visiting our Dad. I loved how downtown was within walking distance. The bedrooms were perfect for the twins and we had the main room to watch TV. There was a back door that allowed us to load and unload our luggage. Parking spaces behind the building were appreciated too. The full kitchen was perfect for meals and a good game of euchre. I would stay here again."

"Great hotel. Building is 1919 and renovated approx a year ago. Rooms are small studios (bath and shower separate from the sink which is in the studio) Hotel has a renovated factory warehouse feel--although this building was a social club. Exposed brick, hardwood floors etc. Really nice stay. Tons of free parking and cool restaurants all within walking."

"Upon arrival key code to get into door did not work nor throughout our entire stay! We emailed the host and hostess and rang the “ring” at front door never heard from them. We ended up picking the lock on another door to get in and found the directory with a phone number but once again no answer and was unable to leave a message…. We received a message the next day to see how our stay was going, so we sent them a message once again and no answer from them. We went through a huge can of wasp...

Suggestions for improvement.

"We had no trouble location the bedding for the sofa bed, but had to use pillows from the bed for it. Not a big enough deal to call the desk about, but a couple pillows in the closet would be nice I never know if the used soaps will be recycled or not. A note in the bathroom saying so would be nice, and then I won't add the leftover soap to me luggage. Because we had three people, we used the sofa bed. When it was extended, there wasn't a way to get to the far side of the bed to get in. I done know of better planning could solve this problem, but it's people don't like climbing over the bed to get into it."
