"Clean room"

"Terrible stay, we had two rooms both toilets kept flushing all night, staff said that was normal. The ac unit was ridiculously loud. Rooms were not clean just looked and felt dirty, literal hair all on the shower, stuck to the curtain on and in the toilet. Beds were at least hairless we think, but we all slept on top of everything. and there were kids running up and down the halls starting at 6 am we couldn’t sleep at all. And cleaning people were literally at our doors waiting by 10am when check out was 11, not the greatest experience at all. "

We had to buy a box fan and then open our door and run the fan for an hour at first then run air con, open window even though it was raining outside and run the box fan at night. The rooms are worn and tired although the shower pressure was good and water was warm. Carpet in room made me wear socks all the time. "
