This historic building has the perfect location downtown. Close to restaurants, entertainment, arts, culture, greenspace on the river, and recreation on the rail trail.

"Honestly it was the perfect place for a weekend with old friends. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a remodeled three bedroom apartment with quite a lot to offer. Each bedroom has a queen bed ! The bathroom is entirely remodeled with beautiful marble tile. The kitchen will have all of your basic cooking needs - just know that we don't stock our fridge! You will enter into a large foyer that is incredibly cozy, and makes a great sitting room if you need some space. Our apartment will make you feel right at home. Please enjoy your stay!

Great location and host

Perfect location right downtown and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We even managed to make a nice home cooked meal in the kitchen. Host was very responsive and committed to making for a nice stay.

GREAT Stay

Very large apartment that was great for our overnight stay after dropping off our son at WVU. Great communication with the host. The road was noisy but otherwise a great spot.

so much room and such a great location.

We loved it, we had 2 married couples in town for an event and we enjoyed it so much. Very, very spacious. Beds are comfy - everything you need. Coffee, even bath supplies which we didn't need - all was very nice in a historical building.

Very clean, comfortable, located super close to campus and walkable to a ton of stores, restaurants, and bars. The place is decorated beautifully. Seems like you stay for a few days and have all the amenities to stay in and sook if that is your thing. Very easy check-in and check- out. I would stay in this building and apartment again.

Excellent spot for downtown

This was a very spacious accommodation, great price, and we were able to hit everything downtown within a few blocks of walking. Will stay again if we come back to WVU.

Overnight Stop

We stayed here overnight to break up a long drive. It's a nice apartment with enough space that we could (all 4 of us) have some private space to decompress and relax before continuing on our travels. The property was easy to get to, and Morgantown was a nice place to make a stop and have a short visit. We loved the artwork in the apartment. Communication and check-in/check-out were great.

Unique, artsy walk-up

Very eclectic, artfully decorated and spacious apartment. Beautiful old building dripping with character. Original artwork on the walls, vintage furniture with modern upgrades and appliances. It also had a very nice crib, changing pad and books and toys for the kids. Our whole family loved it.

Fun, quirky, convenient to everything downtown

This property is super fun, over a local guitar shop that hosts art openings and music. The decor is artistic and thoughtful, not just your basic hobby lobby garbage. Parking is slightly tricky for some with the narrow drive and you need to be good with stairs. Neither were problems for us. Coffee and basic seasonings were provided. We will rent one or more of the units in this building next time we have a family event.
