Great vacation place

Nicely laid out condo with comfortable furniture and beds. Half bathroom with laundry room near kitchen and open dining and living rooms on first floor. Two bedrooms and full bathrooms on 2nd floor with well lit staircase.

A little dated but did the job

Listen, you often get what you pay for. This resort could use a little modernization. I can’t complain about the space and good nights rest though. My family of five comfortably fit in the unit. The pool and golf course did its job. Might want to update the HVAC as it had a hard time keeping the place cool on a hot day.

Stayed for my daughters wedding.

Overall, this was a great place to stay with a few areas for improvement. The location was perfect—convenient and peaceful—and the beds and couches were very comfortable, making it easy to relax.However, a few additions would have made the stay even better. There were no basic cleaning supplies provided, which made tidying up after meals a bit challenging. The kitchen was minimally stocked, with limited pots and pans and no basic seasonings like salt and pepper. Additionally, the TVs could use an update to enhance the overall experience.Despite these small drawbacks, we enjoyed our time here and would consider staying again with a few improvements.

Just terrible

This is why I rarely use VRBO and I will never use a Hosteva managed property again. Upon arrival there were 4-5 broken windows in unit #2. We complained and asked for another unit. We were denied another unit. If that weren’t bad enough, this property has not been updated since 1970. Dingy smell, warped dingy cabinets, wallpaper coming off of the walls, door locks broken, gas fireplace not working. We called property manager and they said only that the broken panes were on the outside so it did.not matter. Hosteva did nothing either. I have a major problem with no one disclosing broken windows And other issues in the description. VRBO needs to manage these properties to be in better shape and not in disrepair.
