Absolutely Marvelous!
This was a wonderful place to stay! Very clean, well-stocked, and safe location. From the beginning instructions for check-in to when we drove away after check-out, it was a fabulous experience.

Tranquil
Extremely neat and clean. Very thoughtful amenity baskets in bathrooms and kitchen. Beds are beyond comfortable. Central air was fantastic! Quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view from the outdoor sitting area. Was perfect! We most certainly will return!

2023-2024 WVU move in
Super cute house. Newly renovated with great amenities and finishes. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had nice fluffy towels. Our hosts were super responsive and friendly. This house had everything our family needed to move our oldest into her townhouse for another year at WVU. Thanks for a nice homey and affordable option that isn't a hotel. We Would love to stay here again!

Relaxing stay in spotless home
We really enjoyed our stay. The home was spotless, new, and furnished with everything we needed while our son attended a function at WVU. It is in close proximity to WVU which is exactly what we needed. The email with the check-in/out instructions was very easy to follow. If we return to Morgantown, we'll be back.

Nicely renovated
A bit close to neighbors and could use blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Conveniently located close to downtown and WVU.
