Misleading advertising

The hotel itself is nice and comfortable. I was very disappointed to discover that there was NO airport transportation as advertised on the site. I was in transit with my family and the airport transportation was one of the main reasons why I selected that hotel. When I asked, the hotel receptionist simply said no we don’t have airport transportation. I stated that it was listed on the site, he didn’t reply.

I was initially given a non-updated room, but the manager was very kind and upgraded us to one of their renovated rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel — just make sure to confirm which room type you’re booking. The updated rooms are really nice and very comfortable.
