The hotel is near the downtown plaza. There are nice bars and restaurants near by. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms might be small but they were clean, comfortable, and with a nice view.
Was happy with our stay. It was clean and felt safe. It’s just minutes away from the plaza and all the restaurants. The did have an iron on request but no ironing board. It’s a cute and comfortable place to stay for a few days.
Quaint historic building full of charm. The rooms were furnished sparsely with old world furniture and fixtures. It is located in the historic district near the main plaza, restaurants, bars and stores yet very quiet. Staff were wonderful and helpful. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying there again next visit.

Disliked: Amenities
I would suggest staying here only if it's really because you're on a tight budget. It is in a great location as far as walking and staff is very acommodating and friendly, however no AC in the rooms, and mattresses are rock hard. I would likely not book here again, unless like I mentioned, my objective was more about not breaking the bank while visiting the beautiful city of Morelia, because it is truly an amazing city.
Located in a great spot between the main square and the Tarascas fountain
The staff was always helpful, they let us use their fridge, microwave and utensils.
They have complimentary coffee and drinking water dispenser.
Always hot water, the matress was a bit hard but not a problem. The bad thing was that the headboard was loose.
The room had a fan, which should be enough if the weather is around the low 30sCelcius.
Many problems. Unclean common areas. TV would not work at all for 4 day stay. Fan in room made awful noises. Noise from adjoining buildings - disco, construction at ALL hours - old/badly worn/torn/soiled towels, WIFI came and went with extended peroids of outage. Generally neglected property. Location, near historic center, was very good.
The property is amazing! If you are looking for an antique and beautiful and picture worthy place to stay! It’s it!
For anymore than 2 people it’s very small and the water stops working
This place is a scam in what they presume to offer, starting off with the staff which are inattentive, unkind, very bad hosts, they act as if they were doing you a favor by staying there. To start, during our check-in the woman never offered us to leave our backpacks for an early check-in and did not provide details for the wifi. The room has poor lighting and a lamp next to the bed not working. The bathroom door was stuck and unable to fully open due to the bed laying next to it. The bathroom has an awful odor from its sewer system. The TV is the size of a laptop. The curatins did not close well. One morning they cut the electricity power off for more than an hour without letting us know before hand. They never cleaned the room or made beds, giving an excuse that we were supposed to leave the key in the lobby and request the service, without ever letting us know. The back patio looks very nice, with plants and pots in contrast to the terrible service they provide. We would never stay there again.
