Best Staff in the world.

Hands down the staff at this place is the best people in the world. I was under the weather while here and they would stop in and check up on me and bring me food. Love these people for taking care of me. The property is located with walking of everything and close to food and night life.

Bien ubicado y muy bonito

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado en el centro histórico de Morelia y el personal fue muy atento y amigable durante nuestra estancia. No tiene estacionamiento propio, pero cuenta con un espacio amplio reservado para estacionarse frente al hotel y una pensión nocturna a un par de cuadras. Lo visitamos en tiempos de pandemia, así que los servicios de alimentos estaban suspendidos. El Wi-Fi es muy limitado.

Muy bonita la estructura colonial. Mal que abajo de la habitación hay olor a alcantarilla por ratos (quizás por los baños generales que allí están)

This hotel is well located three short blocks from the main square with it's many restaurants and nearby attractions and was very quiet at night. Cleanliness of floors, bathroom was excellent, but the wall corners and ceilings in our room could have used some attention. Lots of hot water for showering was so appreciated after experiencing lack of hot water elsewhere in Mexico. Access to bottled water would be a nice addition - either in the room or to fill reusable bottles. Breakfast was available for a small extra fee, which we enjoyed on two occasions. The manager speaks quite a bit of English (and smattering of other languages) and can help arrange tours, etc. This hotel is popular with Mexican tourists throughout the year and Europeans and North Americans during the monarch butterfly migration period.

Agradable y céntrico lugar.

Excelente Hotel, cómodo, limpio, justo precio, muy cerca del centro y actividades citadinas. Solo que la habitación que me dieron tiene un traga luz o domo en el techo, por el cual se filtra la luz matutina......, y en caso de desvelarse, es algo molesta pues no deja dormir (en mi caso), pero todo lo demas es un excelente lugar.

Charming old hotel

Close to the Cathedral end of Historic Morelia the hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. I really liked the outdoor communal area as it had much charm that fitted with Morelia's overall historic appeal.

Un sitio muy confortable con decoración misteriosa

Es un hotel con una decoración muy peculiar, pero agradable. El inmueble resulta misterioso y confortable. Contrate el servicio de desayuno incluido y fue acorde al precio pagado. Sin embargo pedí que me llevaran un poco más de café y me cobraron $20.00 por rellenar la taza, considero que no es acorde al precio pagado por el detalle de un refil de café. Fuera de eso fue muy agradable la estancia.

Travelocity's Policy

I have only good to say about the hotel. What I would like to note is that circumstances had me staying with friend who lives locally. Travelocity's policy of paying for all nights upfront is unfortunate, and will have me thinking twice about using it again. You could be more flexible in that regard.

Sweet Spot

Quiet, comfortable, friendly staff, 3 blocks from the center of an amazing heritage city. Only complaint would be the stairwell noise, only one room above me but I definitely knew when they came and left. Once everyone settled in for the night all good.
