Parking in driveway for approximately 5 standard size vehicles. Parking on grass, landscaped area, or street is prohibited. Garage not for guest use.
Do NOT leave windows and doors open if AC is on. Why? Coastal NC is extremely humid and moisture damage can occur quickly.
Do not flush anything other than toilet tissue. Parties exceeding 10 people are not permitted. Why? To maintain a functioning septic system.
