I was told that I would receive a fold away bed, but I never received it. I was given credit to use at the beverage center near the desk. I, also, had an issue with the toilet that was never addressed. I just think that for the amount of money my family spent for one evening, things could have been a little more accommodating."

Its location is truly prime—steps away from the Red Hat Amphitheater and the Convention Center, making it incredibly easy to explore the best of the city on foot. I was particularly impressed by the beautiful and artistic decor; the local art pieces and the stunning Urban Oak rooftop bar really give the space a sophisticated, boutique feel without being stuffy. Most importantly, the cleanliness was top-notch. Everything from the "Get-Ready Zones" in the rooms to the communal lobby spaces felt spotless and well-maintained. Whether you're there for the views at the rooftop or just a stylish place to recharge, this spot definitely delivers."

"The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and pot. The outdoor pool was closed and we couldn’t even sit outside by the pool on a nice day because the staff said we weren’t allowed to due to state regulations. The gym had one treadmill and it was out of order and almost half of the free weights were missing. Intended on working out while we were there but not possible. The ice machine on the fifth floor where we were staying was also out of order. On a positive note, the hotel is in a great location and staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean."
