"The room was clean and the staff was very nice. However, the sheets and bedspread had cigarette burned holes in them. The ice bucket also had cigarette burns in the bottom of it. There was no remote to change the TV, you had to do it by hand. The phone that was on the bedside table had no cord so you could not call the front desk or God forbid 911. They only had 1 ice machine working and the other ones were unplugged. It was the same for the vending machines. I'm just grateful that there was no...
