"Clean and nice hotel. Staff are exceptional! I’m a mom here in Geneva attending a conference, the staff helped me upgraded to a room with the freezer when it’s pretty fully booked and I was able to freeze the breast milk to bring home to my baby. Other staff are always trying to be helpful. Be aware this hotel is in the French side if you are going to the Plexpo for conferences this needs a crossing of the boarder. "

"It was exactly what we needed , a stop over after a late flight . The place is lovely and all staff were very helpful . Especially Dylan who was on duty the night we arrived . He was very kind , helpful and professional. Thank you Dylan Sadly didn’t get to use any facilities, as we had to leave in the morning, otherwise , all very good "

"Our room was a good size and was confortable. The room and hotel interior was aged a bit, but still nice. The restuarant at the hotel had great food, but make a reservation ahead of time. It's a small town, but there some good restaruants around and in reasonable walking distance."

Location, what can I say, never boring, can see Mont Blanc, the Geneva fountain and much more. Where else would one want to stay. There is nothing negative to say. "
