We stayed for just one night on our way back home. The room was small and outdated but clean. Missing airconditioning is a big minus in summer. The location in the Jura mountains is beautiful. Staff are friendly and service oriented. Overall adequate.

2 of party were disabled. We asked for ground floor rooms. This was confirmed by email that we had them. On arrival we were put on first floor no lift causing great pain to the 2 of us. Ruined our little break

L'hôtel m'a dit qu'il fallait que je paie les petits déjeuners et surtout que ce que j'avais payé n'incluait que les 2 adultes et pas les enfants. Rien n'était clairement indiqué au moment de l'achat. J'envisage de me tourner vers une association de défense des consommateurs...

Cet hôtel m'a permis de réaliser les projets fixés. Bien accueilli je n'y ai pas passé mes journées pour autant. J'ai apprécié calme, confort et literie. Si cet établissement mérite plus d'entretien technique, j'en ai rencontré de bien plus critiquables.

Un excellent séjour de 3 jours en famille avec nos petits-enfants. Très bon rapport qualité prix, hôtel bien localisé, environnement de carte postale, calme, proche de la Suisse. A l'intérieur salle de jeux bien équipée, piscine... Personnel très avenant, à l'écoute.

meme si le site est agréable, le confort des chambres est limite. Pas de place oû poser la valise, la télévision ne fonctionne pas correctement, peu d'espace pour passer vers les lits. En ce qui concerne les petits déjeuners, seulement du jus d'orange, et surtout un seul mini croissant par personne...... pour 12 €; je trouve trop cher pour ce qu'il y avait.

Séjour pour le travail

Grand Hôtel dans son jus. Wifi ne fonctionne pas très bien donc compliqué pour travailler depuis la chambre. L’hôtel peut être un peu bruyant. Le restaurant sert un plat unique le soir, entrée plat, fromage et dessert, bien servi et bon. Le personnel est très sympathique et très agréable.

Très agréable séjour dans un site très champêtre avec un personnel très sympathique. Dommage que le sauna était indisponible. Beaucoup de balades à faire dans le secteur entre combes forêts et lacs .
