"The hotel facilities seem quite nice, just lack of service staff. However the room we were assigned on the 1st floor does not have Wifi. The young fellow was kind enough to change us to a room on the 3rd floor, which was ok for us although it lacks certain amenities. The worst thing happened was upon the check out. We made the reservation on Orbitz and prepaid the total amount on June 9th (~a month prior). When we check out, the reception lady asks us to pay again. We showed her Orbitz...

"The property has been renovated and it shows. Everything in the room and dining area was new or appeared new. The food was excellent at dinner time and so was the breakfast. But above all the staff, with its owner on top, was friendly, attentive and accommodating. Definitely recommend it!"
