"I almost fell getting in the elevator on the rig that moved and the edge was lifted up enough to cause me to trip .this is a real fall risk!! I'm a physical Therapist x42 yrs old. I mentioned this to the desk and she took info . She said that rug has been removed."

"Second time staying at Costa & it has yet to disappoint! Incredible location right on the beach... tons to do in the area (very walkable). Room was fresh and clean at check-in. Awesome pool/outside bar area + private beach. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure we have a great stay! Will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Vero Beach."

"The room was pretty clean. I could see a line or two of mold in the bathtub. The Staff (I think her name was Diane, at check in was wonderful. Se helped me set up the complimentary internet. I was hopeful for bacon, the sausage was mediocre and the omelets were good but dry. I am assuming that they were premade. I understand this is a complimentary breakfast and it was decent. Parking was fine. "

"Staff was AMAZING! Friendly and respectful at check in and at all times. One of the staff made sausage gravy for breakfast and it was great. The down sides: pool/hot tub turned the tips of my wife's hair green. The pillows felt like I was sleeping on a sack of nickels."

"Loved the location! Quiet end of VB. Our room was clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not have a beach view, but enjoyed the beautiful beach as well as the property’s patio. Breakfast was lame, consisting of packaged baked goods, corn flakes and minimal fruit choices. "

"1) when placing the reservation, I had asked for a walk in shower and was told to make that request at checkin; but upon arrival was given room 103 (king ) room, which had a tub/shower... no other room was available. 2) also had a large building flood light (lit all night) outside the only window and the lot next to hotel wss being graded for a new building structure (all dirt). 3) air conditioning compressor was loud when cooling. 4) grout missing and mildewed in shower /tub. 5) room not cleaned 2nd day .. had to ask for new towels OVERALL STAY WAS PLEASANT. ROOM WAS CLEAN WITH MENTIONED EXCEPTIONS"
