"Our stay at Hotel Kaveka was made truly exceptional by the people, especially the front desk. We were so fortunate to be helped by Moa, who was a total wealth of knowledge. Instead of the usual tourist scripts, she gave us genuine, localized tips and clever hints that completely transformed our time on the island. The hotel itself is charming, with that authentic Polynesian feel you just can’t find at the big resorts, and the over-water dining view of Cook’s Bay is unbeatable. But it was the warm hospitality—and Moa’s expert guidance—that made this feel like a home rather than just a room.
