"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property needs to be fixed a little. The pics of the room,don't match what's inside the rooms. Breakfast area is pretty good sized. Beach access and pool area was amazing. I emailed pics of stains on bedding. Saw them immediately when I first walked into the room. Some towels were dirty that were hanging up. The phone in the room did not work. There was a few roaches, crawling around the room. I did alert staff to these issues. Still have not heard back. I used the email they gave me to send pics, but email is not valid. The price of this room for 1 night not worth it. I booked an ocean view room and they told me I could see the ocean over the roof of next door building. The pic of the view on the website, depicted a different view not what I got."

"The room had a bad smell! Almost like it hadn't been used in awhile. Dead bugs in the corners. Tile floors were sandy (I get it's the beach.) Hotel needs alot of work! I paid WAY too much for the quality I received. Probably won't be back. "

"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not the best. The breakfast was very disappointing and honestly one of the worst parts of the stay. I truly would not recommend the hotel breakfast (The Abalone). Additionally, the front desk staff was not very friendly or understanding when I asked for a late check-out of just 20 minutes. They did not seem very welcoming in the morning. On the positive side, the housekeeping staff was wonderful — very kind, generous, and professional throughout the stay. They were definitely the highlight of the experience. Additionally, the beach view was beautiful, and the bar staff was exceptional."

"The staff was friendly, however the room was TERRIBLE. The bed sheets have dirty stains. There were 3 dead roaches that I had to BUY a broom and cleaning products to CLEAN the room. 2 days later, there was a LIVE roach that I almost stepped on barefoot. I WOULD NOT recommend to stay here again!"

"We have stayed at this property a few times now. The rooms are very large and spacious. Everything was clean and well maintained. Check in staff and housekeeping were all very friendly and accommodating. We arrived several hours before check in time, and they were able to get our room cleaned quickly so we could go ahead and check in. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. The pool looked nice, although we did not have time to enjoy it. There is breakfast in the morning, although we did not eat at the property. I wish there was a little cafe, or snack bar open late, but definitely not a deal breaker. Parking is limited, and the underground parking is a little difficult with larger vehicle (Yukon), but not impossible. We would definitely stay here again."

Uno de los puntos más negativos fue el servicio en el bar, donde prácticamente no recibimos la atención adecuada y siempre encontrábamos una actitud negativa por parte del personal. En ningún momento hubo disposición para solucionar situaciones o brindar una experiencia agradable. Lamentablemente, tampoco recibimos disculpas ante los inconvenientes presentados. Esperábamos un ambiente más cordial y un servicio orientado al cliente, pero nuestra experiencia fue totalmente lo contrario a pesar de haber pagado un exuberante precio de estadía."
