"The room was dirty, I saw a roach crawl from the sink and the middle bed sheet had not been washed and was covered in stains. There were stains on everything and I honestly didn’t want to touch anything. Some of the guests were super loud walking around the property shouting and arguing well into the middle of the night."

"The hotel is very run down, the carpet and furniture are dirty and in desperate need of renovation. It looks to be last renovated in the early 80's. It was not what I expected at all, considering the price point in the mid $300's. Also, once I checked in and saw the room and wanted to go elsewhere, they wouldn't issue a refund, so we were stuck. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Quaint small cottage very close and convenient to ACU. The parking spaces are right outside the entrance to the Nook. Large walk-in closet to keep everything out of the main space. Quiet and peaceful area. We would definitely stay here again!"
