"The hotel is very run down, the carpet and furniture are dirty and in desperate need of renovation. It looks to be last renovated in the early 80's. It was not what I expected at all, considering the price point in the mid $300's. Also, once I checked in and saw the room and wanted to go elsewhere, they wouldn't issue a refund, so we were stuck. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Quaint small cottage very close and convenient to ACU. The parking spaces are right outside the entrance to the Nook. Large walk-in closet to keep everything out of the main space. Quiet and peaceful area. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Place is very central to town and lots of things accessible such as restaurants and grocery shopping. The expo center and zoo are less than 10 minutes away. Really a great place when you need to be on a trip and still function as a home."
