"Love the hotel, every time I stay in Brasilia this is the place to go. Breakfast is awesome, shower is great(very important in a hotel) beds are usually good but this time I got an older mattress but told the staff and they said they will take care of it."

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. I enjoyed their free breakfast but note that it is more Brazilian style rather than American. Meaning don’t expect food like pancakes and waffles."

Quero destacar, em especial, a forma como toda a equipe foi solícita e flexível em duas situações: antes mesmo da reserva, precisei fazer uma alteração e fui atendido com muita atenção e cordialidade; depois, já durante a estadia, surgiu um imprevisto pessoal e novamente demonstraram grande compreensão, oferecendo algumas horas de cortesia. Esse cuidado fez toda a diferença e reforçou a sensação de acolhimento. Recomendo fortemente!"
