É um hotel antigo, um dos poucos originais que ainda restam. Algumas coisas foram reformadas, mas há coisas que parecem ainda ser originais (rodapé, metais do banheiro), etc. Apesar disso, atende as necessidades básicas, o quarto é pequeno mas com espaço suficiente para se movimentar, é adequadamente limpo. O wi-fi funciona bem a maior parte do tempo, apesar de que pontualmente aconteciam algumas travadas. O café da manhã é simples, mas suficiente. Poderia ter um pouco mais de variedade.

O quarto sempre estava um pouco sujo e com poeira, mesmo quando eu solicitava a limpeza. Estive no hotel uma semana e eles só disponibilizavam uma toalha de banho. Mesmo quando pedia para repor, sempre era apenas uma. E não havia toalha de rosto. Os funcionários são gentis. O café da manhã é razoável, mas em uma semana que fiquei era sempre as mesmas opções de comidas e poucas opções. Pelo preço cobrado pelas diárias, poderia ser melhor o serviço prestado.
