"We had a very comfortable stay at this B&B! It consists of 18 different apartments in 5 buildings, so it has all the amenities of home, some of them communal, including living room, kitchen, and washer/dryer. They provide a wonderful breakfast in the main dining room from 7-10 AM. The property manager and other staff were all very kind, helpful, and accessible. This is right near Rice Village, which has wonderful restaurants, and it's very close to a Target and large grocery store. The free Menil Collection is only a 3-minute drive-- this museum in a beautiful residential neighborhood has a stunning collection of art from all over the world, from ancient times to today, including many Magrittes and other surrealist works of the mid-20th century. Don't miss it! Modern B&B will be our first choice for future visits to Houston."

"The front gate did not lock creating a security issue. The front door main deadbolt was difficult to line up and lock The handle lock could not be locked from the inside at all. The water in the shower waswaa barely warm enough to stand. The dryer doesn't work.almost cold"
