Rose Haven Cottage is a small comfortable home centrally located in Montrose.

  • Located at 825 South Uncompahgre. A small, cozy, cottage style home. Small, efficiency kitchen, roomy bathroom with large shower. Nice, at home bedroom with comfortable bed and linens. The living room has a smart TV, sofa with hide-a-bed, as well as other amenities for your comfort. Rose Haven Cottage is set up as though we were going to live there, and we want it to be as though you are a guest in our home.
    We have WIFI internet for your convenience.
    We want to encourage you to visit our beautiful area and then come home to Rose Haven Cottage.

    I want to inform you before you book our Cottage. I am the owner and the person in charge of everything including cleaning and repairs. I do have people who assist me as needed.
