"The property was okay, it is an older motel and dated, but was clean. I don't know if something was going on that weekend in Montrose, but we paid over $180 for one night in a room that should have been $100 per night. The manager there in the morning was wonderful, due to COVID they could not open the breakfast area until 7 am but I needed coffee at 6:30 and he was happy to oblige, I was thankful for that :) If the price was more in line with the property, I would rate it higher."
