"We have family in Johnson City, and this was a perfect location for us!! We loved staying in this beautiful home. The owners have done an excellent job renovating and renovating with creativity!! Every decoration in this house was chosen with care. We had everything we needed, including hand soap and filtered water! Both much appreciated. Communication was great and very responsive to any needs we had, which weren’t many. Looking forward to our next stay!!"

"It was a cute little older home. With nice updates on the inside. They are definitly doing work to the exterior. In the description it said there was a grill. Which there was unfortunately there was so many large black trash bags you could not get to it. The first step at the side walk was broken. And the railing inaide was very loose. Although there was some minor issues we enjoyed out atay."

"Our boys fished the entire day and night away catching and releasing! There was plenty of outddoor space for a family get together. We had great host that answered any question we had. The house is exactlly as shown in pictures. The "cozy sleeping area" is just as much a bedroom as the others. We visit p.a often as i have family there! We have found our new everytime stay! With this home!"

"The property is spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. We stayed with 4 adults and 4 dogs. The sunsets are beautiful off the Susquehanna. Dogs used the boat ramp to swim. Privacy and idyllic. We enjoyed the fire pit, grill, and eating outside on the deck. There is no formal table seating, but enough stools on the big island if you need to eat indoors. All in all, a lovely, relaxing, easy 3 days."

"We simply loved our stay at this back country home. Our children loved the arcade and the pond. We had a scenic 20 minute drive to Elk Mt. Ski Resort. The check in was super smooth and the house sparkling clean. We cant wait to come again on our next ski trip to Elk!!!"

"Our good friends daughter was getting married at the Fern Hall Estate and we did not like the hotel options provided. We couldn’t have had a better weekend. The house is bigger and better than the listing shows. We were a party of 8 adults and a 1 year old and theee was plenty of room for all. The house was furnished beautifully."

"I did a solo trip (+pup) to reset after a particularly rough work season. The cabin was lovely, rustic worn furniture but cozy and comfortable. The house was packed with the essentials including fire wood. There was a smart tv mounted in the living room and the water pressure was perfect in the shower.
