"The property location is fantastic, and the bed was very comfortable. As others have mentioned, the hotel is in dire need of an update. The shower was scummy and the fixture was loose so the shower head kept falling. Also the door to the shower wouldn't close properly, so showering without making a huge mess on the floor took some practice.. the wallpaper was Peking and there was mold on the walls. The staff was friendly, in my limited experience with them."

"Our family had a wonderful stay in this upscale, beautifully decorated rental property. The home dates from the 1600's and is overbrimming with history. Olivier and Olga were terrific hosts that provided amazing breakfasts during our stay. The property is conveniently located near many amazing chateaus, particularly Chenonceau."

"Olivier and Olga were extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. Olivier provided us with information ahead of time to plan our trip. We had dinner at the Manoir ahead of time (arrange ahead of time, separate cost) which was very generous and delicious. We also booked a wine tasting in their wine cave which was a really memorable experience, followed by a plentiful meal of charcuterie and fromage which was the perfect ending to the tasting. "Nous n’avons malheureusement pu rester qu’une nuit sur les 15 jours prévus en raison d’un problème familial. Le lieu paraissait idéal pour se détendre et profiter des visites des châteaux. Peut-être une autre fois."
