We loved this property. The apartment was well decorated, furnished, and outfitted with great amenities. Groceries and other shopping was a less than 20 minute walk.

Inside the unit is really nice. Clean and spacious. However, outside construction on the entire block was a very big inconvenience. I wouldn't book here again until it is completed. We had to keep the blinds completely closed the entire time. Our room (UNIT 204) faces an alley where upon arrival were met with a man right outside rummaging through garbage, he could clearly see into the room.

An amazing apartment! Really clean and comfortable with everything you will need for a short or long stay. The location is very convient but is not in the center of a bustling neighborhood. It is, however, a short walking distance or quick metro ride from many. ~ 5 min walk to the metro and ~10-15 min walk to Old Montreal.

Absolutely lovely apartment with kitchenette, washer and dryer. It is close to the Metro and walking distance to Old Montreal. My only complaint is the bright sunlight coming through the windows in the morning. Bring a sleep mask, it will help.

Nice clean property, well equipped as shown. Don't plan on an earlier than 4:00pm check-in, unless you pay for it. The door automatically becomes accessible at the stike of 4, and not a minute before.

The building is beautiful and in a great location, walking distance to Old Montreal and a block away from the Bixi bicycles for rent. The main issue was that there was very little counter space in the bathroom. A minor complaint is that the coffee was bad, I'd suggest a kuerig machine.

Am I the Only Positive Review?

We were in 2nd floor. Entrance to the building is easy to find. Front foyer and elevator were clean and modern. All the codes worked. Room was really nice and recently renovated. 2 small-ish beds and a couch 1 person could sleep on. Kitchen has what you need, but we had to buy 2 more fry pans. Microwave, stove and dishwasher worked perfect. Shower had good pressure and the water was hot. Couldn't really hear much from other guests. In the morning could hear some foot traffic above and some cars on the road. Nothing too bad. Wifi worked great. There was no mechanical noises and we were there for 6 nights and made it through a major snow storm. Parked at UQAM Christan. 5 minute walk. We had a good stay and would go back.

I thought the apartment was great! My only complaint was that the “2 bedrooms” were only separated by a wall that did not go all the way up to the ceiling. So we were basically in the same room and not private at all. This detail is not hidden in the photos, but when first booking I did not notice. Just a new thing to look for when booking rooms. We are very curious to find out why the dividing walls aren’t finished all the way up to the ceiling to create actual bedrooms. Maybe that’s normal in Canada, idk?

We loved staying here! Very comfortable, great location, loved that it had a balcony. The bedrooms are only separated by a high 2/3 wall so keep that in mind if you are expecting more privacy. All sound travels.

Great place to stay. I liked how clean and comfortable my unit was. It had a washing machine and dryer with a kitchen which made it great for my extended stay — basically it had all the comforts of staying in a condo. I like how close it was to the Port of Montreal, Downtown, Metro and Chinatown. When I was there, there was ongoing construction on Rue St. Denis as well as behind the condo complex. My unit was not soundproofed from units adjacent to mine, but they provide earplugs which is a big plus. Overall, I would definitely pick this place again. I had a wonderful time in Montreal and can’t wait to visit again.
