Lucky guests of La Maison des Patriotes, a charming heritage building built in 1814. La Maison des Patriotes, is centrally located and walking distance to all amenities and best attractions in Old Montreal. Seconds away from place Jacques-Cartier where all entertainment happens.

8 guests with possibility up to maximum 20 guests with extra fees. Starting from guest 9 up to 20, it will be 75$ per person per night.

We welcome you and your group to our home! Please always message us the final number of guests coming.If additional guests arrive, we reserve the right to charge an extra fee of 75$ per person per night. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain our home integrity.

This is a SMOKE-FREE building. An extra 300$ cleaning fees will be charged for smoking inside the building.

Great Old Montreal Option for Large Groups

The host (Alaa) was incredibly responsive - providing detailed instructions for check-in/check-out, and proving incredibly accommodating to our group. Location is in the heart of Old Montreal and incredibly convenient for travel around to other areas - highly recommend!

Amazing place in the heart of the Old Port

Really enjoyed our stay with a big group. Alaa was extremely responsive and helpful as a host! Lots of rooms in a beautiful building!

Perfect location for a large group of us women looking to explore Old Port and Downtown. Host did an excellent job of communication prior to our stay and the space itself is charming and fits in with Old Montreal. It is an older building so there are some quirks. It is also on a pedestrian-only street so something to be aware of if you are traveling with luggage or groceries.

Central Location

The location of this apartment cannot be beat if you are looking for all of what Old Port has to offer. Lots of restaurants/bars/shops steps away. Alaa was a great host and communication and check in were very easy.

Incredible Large Group Accomodations

This place was absolutely perfect for a small army of guys storming the shores of Old Town Montréal. Centrally located to all kinds of great spots, spacious yet cozy, and all run by a hyper-responsive host who went out of their way to make sure we were comfy. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Great Stay in the Best Location

This VRBO was huge and exactly as advertised. A ton of beds and a huge living room. The location could not have been better, in the heart of Old Montreal. Alaa was such a great host, he was quick to respond, flexible with the check in and check out processes, and was super helpful throughout the booking and stay!

Memory for a Lifetime

From checking in to checking out Maison des Patriotes provided our bachelor party group an incredible stay and experience. Our host Alaa was very welcoming and made the entire group feel at home. Great residence and location to see the best of Montreal.

What a phenomenal time in Montreal. Alaa was a really great host and always communicated with you promptly if there was a issue. The place itself is so cool right in the middle of Old Montreal, perfect spot for a great time. Cant thank Alaa enough for a wonderful 4 days and would love to come back to stay soon.

Great for groups!

Location is excellent. the house is right in the middle of Old Montreal, where lots of restaurants, bars, and shops are located. A few blocks away from the waterfront. The house is well set up for large groups. we held a dinner for 14 people in the house, and the kitchen and china was enough for everyone to be served and seated at the same time.

Great Location for a Bachelor Party

Alaa was extremally kind and super helpful whenever we needed anything. There were 11 of us and everyone had their own bed. The location couldn't be better. Lots happening in that portion of Old Montreal. Very central but very secluded having your own essentially house to the group. The building is 250 years old and very cool. The open space upstairs was very accommodating for the large group. Alaa was very responsive and very kind, overall a great stay!

Amazing Place, Wonderful Service, and Great Location in Old Montreal

This was hands down one of the best VRBO experiences I have ever had. I stayed here with a group of 10 guys and there was plenty of room, and the house was perfect for hanging out before dinner and coming back for a few nightcaps after the club. The location is perfect - right on a pedestrians-only, cobblestone street in Old Montreal with tons of shops, restaurants, and bars. The owner, Alaa, runs a shop downstairs and is always available whenever you need him. He came to let in a friend when they got locked out and the rest of us were out. He even exchanged our USD into CAD for us at a rate that was even better than the banks. Alaa - thank you, you were a great host! I would highly recommend this place for those with a big group that are looking for a nice, well-run house in a great location.

Awesome place to explore from

The property was exactly as pictured and expected. It’s right in the middle of everything in Old Port so our group was able to do alot of things nearby, explore other parts of the city on foot or take an Uber for the longer excursions. The property owner was friendly and flexible, accommodating a couple special requests from our group. Minor Negatives: It is right in the middle of everything so the rooms facing the street will get some crowd noise early in the evening, especially Friday or Saturday. It’s also a historic building so some parts need to be handled with care or just not touched. Some bees/wasps invaded the common area through a window when we left some fruit out one day but we cleaned up and they moved on. Overall, everyone enjoyed the property and we’d definitely start again when we’re back in Montreal.

Great location in Old Montreal

Our group of 9 adults had a great week in late June. The property is in a super location in the heart of Old Montreal, and Alaa, the host, was thoughtful and helpful for any questions we had. The entry, at street level, has two couches and a shoe rack, leading to the stairs to the main sleeping area on the building’s 2nd floor. The property has plenty of bedrooms (6) on the 2nd floor, where there are also 2 full bathrooms (toilet, sink, shower), plus a washer/dryer. The upper level (3rd floor) has plenty of seating for the meals we “ate-in” and plenty of couches for a family movie night. The upper level also has a full kitchen (plenty of plates, glassware, cookware), an additional bedroom, toilet, sink, and 2 more showers. The air conditioning worked great and was much appreciated for the 90 degree days during our stay. Our host, Alaa, was wonderful: he was available for in-person check-in and responded quickly when we had a question about the tv. The place was also well-supplied with toweling and paper products (paper towels in the kitchen, boxes of tissue in each room, plenty of toilet paper…)We had a great week and wish the same for future guests/visitors—thank you, Alaa!!!

This was my second time staying with Alaa at the hotel and it was fantastic again. Alaa is very communicative and always there for you if you have any questions. The hotel accommodates large groups perfectly and its in the best location right in Old Montreal.

Wonderful Property

The location was incredible and the property was fantastic. For a guys trip for a bunch of middle aged men, we couldn't have asked for anything better. I would highly recommend for any big group.

Amazing spot!

We loved our stay here! Right in the thick of everything in Montreal. The location is amazing with shops, bars, restaurants, and breweries all right there and the water one block away. Ample towels and the big room upstairs was so spacious. great communication and was given great tips on where to go around the city. If we are back in Montreal with a big group, we will be staying here again!
