The staff at the front desk were great but our first room was absolutely terrible! The 7th floor had funky smell and our room was even worse. I was ok with the outdated furniture and the small size, but the smell was unbearable and the AC/heat unit did not work. They sent someone right up to try to fix it and when he couldn't, they were quick getting us a different room. Our 2nd room was on the 5th floor. There was still a stale smell in the hall but our room was "ok". I booked a room for a family of 4, but there were only 2 bath towels and 1 facecloth...and the rooms are very small. I didn't notice the sign at the lobby elevator that said you had to request for housekeeping, so our rooms did not get cleaned while we were out the first day, so I put our garbage outside our door when we got back and had to go to the lobby for some towels and wash cloths. The hotel is pretty run down, but the location and staff were excellent.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised! :) For the price, it far exceeded our expectations and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay there again! Was super close to many things...very convenient. Price range was excellent for downtown Montreal. Very enjoyable stay.

Upon entering the hotel lobby, it smells weed so badly. The linens were itchy, I waited for 24hours before the hotel staff changed it. Bad customer service experience with the receptionist.

The hotel rooms were furnished with outdated and uncomfortable furniture, adding to the overall feeling of discomfort. The corridors were poorly lit and cluttered, making navigation difficult. The washrooms were unkempt and had a lingering stench that made using them an unpleasant experience. Additionally, the parking situation was chaotic and moreover we have to pay for parking . And staff was so rude don’t have basics adequate causing unnecessary stress for guests. Overall, the hotel was a smelly and stinky disappointment from start to finish.

The rooms are big with high ceilings. Had a very nice stay. But just a heads ups parking is not onsite and was a couple blocks away from the hotel. Not that inconvenient but it was tricking to figure out because it is not run by the hotel. The staff was helpful but had limited information about it and the parking structure is unmanned.

My room was very clean and comfortable. The room rate was fantastic, and I will definitely stay there again. The staff were always very helpful. Siham at the front desk was particularly helpful and patient with a number requests that I had. It is a great location for shopping and is on the 747 Bus route to the airport.. Cameron

Very unwelcoming check in, didnt really speak or wasn’t greeted. Keys just out on table in front over communicating. No information given around a security deposit being taken, it just was taken. Room was dirty, facilities didnt work properly like toilet and doors were broken. Location was good, would have hoped for a nicer stay with friendlier staff.

The hotel property itself is aging and in needs of a modernization .. room size is ample .. cleaning is only available for 4 night stays .. the best attribute of the hotel is the price and its location, closed to both the green and orange line . and walkable to chinatown and Old Mtl

There was no hitting in the room, no parking at the hotel,bc they were full, they should have parking for every room ,i have to park on the streat, the parking they ofer me it was fareway it wasn’t convenient for me.Not going there any more.
