"Was an excellent stay like always besides 1 thing and honestly may not choose this hotel again even tho I love it. Had the bartender at the pool bar on Friday afternoon complain and tell me the tip that we wrote down for our 3 drinks was not enough. To me thats beyond unprofessional and just outrageous. Its yo7r job to make me drinks and not complain. He was super rude and that 1 thing will most likely keep me from staying at my favorite montreal hotel again"

"My go to spot for whenever I’m in Montreal. Great location, not too expensive and includes free parking. The rooms are great and the outdoor pool is nice when it’s open. They were missing the bath rob (which is nice that this hotel still offers that) in my room. Found out the housekeeping must have somehow missed it when I asked the next morning. Definitely going back!!"
