1 Bedroom Apartment-Near Metro Station

  • Welcome to our cozy and clean apartment located in a quiet and calm neighborhood. Perfect for a convenient, comfortable stay with easy city access, our home offers everything you need to make yourself at home.
    The space
    25-30 minute drive to downtown, 20 minute walk to metro Honoré-Beaugrand (green line), bus stop is in front of the house, 5 minute walk to a BIXI station.
    5 minute drive to Galeries d'Anjou and Place Versailles (two of the biggest shopping mall in Montreal). Only a few blocks away from grocery stores and all amenities.

    You will have full access to the entire apartment:
    - One queen bed with fresh linens
    - Fully equipped kitchen
    - Towels, soap and toiletries provided
    - In-suite laundry with detergent provided
    - High-speed Wi-Fi
    - Smart TV (please note I don’t provide Netflix/Amazon… accounts)
    - Free private parking in the driveway and separate entrance from the front

    Other things to note
    - Quiet time is between 10pm and 7am
    - NO parties and/or any disturbances permitted
    - Absolutely NO smoking inside the house

    PLEASE READ THIS PRIOR TO BOOKING: Please note there are other tenants living in the upper unit of the house. As the house was built in the late 70s, its isolation is not the best. That being said, you may hear the footsteps and other light sounds. If you are looking for a place that is completely silent, our apartment is unfortunately not suitable for you. Nonetheless, I strongly demand all my tenants/guests to respect the quiet time rule as noted above.

    I work very hard to keep up the reputations of my listing, hence please let me know if there are any issues I could resolve before you post a review :).

Place was just as explained. It was clean and organized and provided many appliances, which was very convenient. Perfect affordable place for a single traveler or couple. The host was very communicative, helpful and understanding.
